  • Return Eligibility
  • Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • Saree must be unworn, unwashed, unused, with original pack and intact.
  • Customised or discounted item are not eligible for return/exchange
  • Defective or Damage Product

  • Please share unboxing video + clear photo within 24 hours of delivery.

  • If verified , we will offer full refund or replacement.
  • Exchange Policy

  • Exchange is allowed only for product in the same price range.

  • Shipping cost for exchange is borne by customer unless product is defective.
  • Refund Process

  • Refund is initiated after product reaches our warehouse and passes quality check.

  • Refund will be process within 7-14 business days via original payment method
  • Shipping charge are non-refundable.
